4-04-08 Such as stressful day

This morning was normal as usual. Then we got on the rode and headed towards Tuscaloosa, AL. While riding and driving there we found that we didn’t have an event planned due to miscommunication.  I just know that Thomsen is not going to like this.  We could have saved a couple of hundred miles if people would have told him, but since they didn’t everyone went way out of their way. The riders still put in some long hours and miles on their bikes after we left the Courtyard Marriot this morning. At the beginning of the day Jeff, Sydney, Tim, and Jacob began riding first for about an hour and thirty minutes.  They were really tired afterwards because of the eighty degree weather in the northern side of Atlanta. While leaving Atlanta and entering Alabama we ran into some really bad weather. First it began to rain, then thunder, then it began to lighting. The lighting was scary for me, even though we were we were in the car and stopped. Today was so stressful because we got lost a couple of times and we had to pull Tim off of the rode because he had a mini heat stroke. But other then that we have been very busy and we continue to stay that way.  Now we are off to try and find a place to stay.
